What's a Pre-Order? It's your ticket to getting a
product that's not yet released or currently in stock. You're basically
reserving your BearBolts for a future date.
When's the big day? We're aiming for March 1st, 2026
or sooner. Just in time for the camping season and food
storage orders. We'll ship orders on a first-come, first-served basis.
Why Pre-Order? Well, it's your only chance to snag
BearBolts at a discounted price. We're not big on sales, so this is a rare
opportunity. Plus, you're helping a small business like us anticipate demand
and order the right amount of inventory. It's a win-win!
Payment: We'll need payment at the time you place
your pre-order.
Refund Policy: Changed your mind? No problem. You can
cancel and request a refund anytime before your order ships. After that, our
regular refund policy applies. Just drop us an email via our
"contact" page.
Risks and Challenges: We've successfully designed,
fabricated, and sold thousands of the original BearBolt, and we're all set to
roll out BearBolts 2.0. But, like any venture, there are risks.
Remember 2020 and the Covid Pandemic? Events like that can
cause delays. But don't worry, we've got a track record of pushing through
challenges.
We promise to be transparent every step of the way. All
pre-order funds will be kept in a protected account, used only for product
production. If there are any hiccups along the way, we'll let you know, and you
can request a refund at any time.
Supply Chain Risk: With recent tariff activity,
supply chains can be a bit unpredictable. But we're confident we'll navigate
through it.
Shipping Risk: Global shipping and warehousing can be
tricky, even for the experts. Weather, port congestion, and other factors can
cause delays.
