Refund policy

Returns and Refunds will be issued on a Case-By-Case basis.  Products must be in new condition and in the original packaging.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns due to an error by BearBolts will be accepted with no charge to the customer.  Returns for other reasons will be charged a 20% restocking fee to cover costs of shipping and administrative time for restocking.  

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged.  Damage claims must be made within 14 days of delivery to be considered.  

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Once refunded, please allow up to 10-15 business days for your refund to post to your account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
